1. Provision of the service
SpiBench provides a set of engineering tools — including a unit converter, torque calculator, and related utilities — free of charge. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
2. Disclaimer of accuracy (as-is)
The tools and calculation results provided by SpiBench are offered 'as is' and 'as available'. While we apply reasonable care to keep conversion factors and formulas accurate, we make no warranties regarding completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. For critical or safety-sensitive engineering decisions, you must independently verify all results before relying on them. SpiBench is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of its tools.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SpiBench. Prohibited conduct includes automated scraping, attempts to overload or disrupt the service, reverse engineering, or using the platform to process data for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict or block access for users who violate these obligations.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software, and design of SpiBench — including the SpiBench name, logo, tool implementations, and documentation — are the property of SpiBench. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Changes to the service
SpiBench reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time, without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.
