Privacy Policy

How SpiBench handles the limited data it collects, the cookies it uses, and your rights under KVKK and GDPR.

Last updated: 2026-01-15

1. Data we collect

SpiBench does not offer accounts and does not collect personal data that identifies you. We collect only anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (page views, feature usage counts) to understand how the platform is used and to improve it. No email, name, or account information is stored unless you separately contact us.

2. Cookies and advertising

We use a minimal set of cookies for site functionality and, where ads are shown, advertising cookies. Advertising is served through Google AdSense, which may set third-party cookies to display relevant ads. Google and its partners use these cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

3. Managing advertising preferences

You can review and customize how Google uses your data for advertising at Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). You may also opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings page or by installing a browser extension that blocks third-party cookies.

4. We never sell your data

SpiBench does not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party. The anonymous analytics and advertising cookies described above are used solely for site functionality and ad delivery. No personal profiles are built or shared.

5. Your rights under KVKK and GDPR

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data processed about you. Since SpiBench collects only anonymous, aggregated data, there is typically no personal data tied to you — but you may still submit a request at any time by contacting privacy@spibench.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of SpiBench after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
